The purpose of the surveys is to determine if our presentation has provided insight to our audiences on the subject matter of postpartum depression. We are specifically outreaching to low-income communities and minorities of San Bernardino and Riverside County, ages 18 to 45. Please complete the pre-survey before attending the workshop and the post-survey directly after the workshop has ended.
