Prevention

You can reduce your risk of developing postpartum depression through a variety of methods. A good night's rest, well-balanced diet, exercise, and more personal time can help reduce stress and anxiety. If you can, eat a salad every other day, go on a few runs with your friends, and take a nice bubbly bath to refresh yourself!
